“Our brains are made to HAVE ideas, not HOLD ideas” – David Allen

The brain dump is a simple exercise that can help free up your mind to organize thoughts and make run for more creative ideas and getting into the flow of work without being held down by the thoughts in our head.

How to perform a brain dump:

  1. Get out a piece of paper and pen
  2. Set a timer for 10 minutes
  3. Write until the timer is done
